Working Through the Modules

You are free to work on the modules on your own time and move along at your own pace. While we do offer suggestions for studying the content, you are welcome to do what fits your lifestyle best. We highly recommend that you study the course content in the order that it has been presented. Otherwise, you may get to a point where you have difficulty understanding how to move from one phase of loan processing to another.

Course Mechanics - Charting Your Progress

The training is delivered on a user-friendly platform that lets us know how well you are doing. We can see how many modules you have completed and how many documents you preview. If you have a question, you can contact us directly from the training portal. You will find the training materials in a variety of formats including video, audio and printable PDF documents.

Interactive Assignments

Although this is an online class, we fully recognize that loan processing is a hands-on job. The training includes several optional (but highly recommended) assignments that you can do to increase your level of confidence and accuracy quickly. This is where the real learning takes place. Questions often arise during the hands-on process that you would never think of until you are actually in the midst of performing the task.

Course Completion Certificate

You will have access to the course content for 6-months with a fully-paid registration. If you require a certificate of completion for the course, we have a testing package with a study guide and a comprehensive quiz that requires a score of 80% or more to show a minimum level of proficiency. An additional testing fee may apply.
