More Resources For Mortgage Professionals

Happy New Year! We’re off to another dynamic year. We hope
you had an opportunity to use our resources last year. For
2006, we will provide even more of the things you’ve been
asking for. Here are a few projects that are underway:

ASK THE MORTGAGE TRAINER PROGRAM - Ask a question on the
thing you want to know most about being in the business.
Get answers on topics like:
- Getting started in the business
- Originating jumbo loans
- Processing new construction loans
- Underwriting guidelines for subprime loans and more...

TELESEMINAR - 2006 will be a big year for teleseminars. We
will conduct a variety of teleseminars to enhance our
product line. Here’s the new lineup:

-Preview calls for a sneak peek at our training content
-The Loan Processor In-A-Box™ teleseminar series
-The Getting Started series: for new loan officers and
processors

VIDEO TRAINING - We’ll also supplement our written training
materials with streaming videos including screenshots, live
training replays, and interactive quizzes.

LIVE EVENTS - We’re expanding our reach by taking the show
on the road. Look for our live events in California,
Nevada, Michigan, New York, and more... If you’re already
in the Las Vegas area, take advantage of our on-site
training provided in the comfort of your own office.

We’ve also changed the look and feel of the website for
2006 to make it easier to navigate. Our partner site, The
Complete Mortgage Network, will have even more resources
for its members in 2006 including audio and videos of
training segments at no additional charge. Stay tuned for a
video tour of the site next month.
