A license agreement to sign and return to us
The optional Master Trainer program which includes:
o Advance training on seminar planning and delivery
o Expanded license agreement to include all Complete Mortgage University™ courses
o FREE resell rights to offer the Complete Mortgage Network membership package to your students. You collect the fee for a 3-month, 6-month or 12-month membership plan and give them your official sign-up page. We maintain the site and manage all of the members you enroll.
o A 50% affiliate commission on all Complete Mortgage Processing training tools you sell.
o The option to create your own curriculum with the help of CMP's Master Trainer, Stephanie Graham
Your license requires that all of your Loan Processor In-A-Box® students have a Loan Processor In-A-Box® training guide which will serve as the textbook for that training segment. You may purchase the books in advance and include them in the cost of tuition or you may direct the student to the website to purchase the book separately.
$2,500.00 Basic The Licensed Mortgage Trainer Package includes orientation for you, training materials for your students and a renewable license.
$3,700.00 Deluxe The Master Mortgage Trainer and Licensing Package includes everything in the basic package plus the resources you need to create cash flow as you grow your mortgage training business.
$10,000 Institutional (Level 1) If your organization has less than 15 instructors, you qualify for this institutional license. Group training can be done onsite or online. Call for details.
$25,000 Institutional (Level 2) This package is perfect for a nationwide operation. With this license, your instructors will have just what they need to get the job done. Group training is available onsite or online. Call for details.

Licensing Package FAQ
What kind of support is available after I complete my orientation and training?
As a licensee, you will receive ongoing support via our knowledge base, train-the-trainer interactive classes, telephone conferences, audio lessons, and email support.
What does the licensee package cost?
You have the option of choosing the Basic Licensee Package for $2,500 or the Deluxe Master Licensee Package for $3,700. The license can be renewed annually for $500. The Institutional License (Level 1) is available for $10,000. The Institutional License (Level 2) is available at $25,000. Both institutional licenses are annually renewable as well.
What can I charge for my mortgage training seminars and workshops?
You are free to set your own fees for the training. However, we do recommend that you take a survey to determine what the prevailing fees are in your area. You can also charge a different fee based on the delivery method –online vs. a live class.
Why do I need a license? I'm already a licensed mortgage broker.
The license that you are obtaining is an intellectual property license which will allow you to have access to our proprietatry training system as well as learn what we do behind the scenes to make it all happen.
How is the licensee train-the-trainer program delivered?
The licensee orientation will be delivered in a combination of formats including online interactive sessions, webcasts, and teleconference. For licensees local to the Las Vegas area, the training can be done on site.
How will I market myself as a Licensed Mortgage Trainer?
That's the beauty of this package. Not only does it include the materials you need to deliver your course, we teach you how to market your courses using some of the latest online and offline techniques. You'll get email templates, flyer templates, fax blast templates, postcard templates, sample inquiry responses and more. We want you to be successful.
What courses can I teach under the basic Licensed Mortgage Trainer Program?
Being certified under this license will allow you to teach from Loan Processor In-A- Box for In-House Processors and Loan Officers as well as any Click-n-Learn Online course. The master license includes 15 additional courses that are available from Complete Mortgage University. Institutional license packages are fully customized.
What is the return policy for the Licensed Mortgage Trainer Program?
The full contents of the program package must be returned within 30 days of purchase in salable condition to receive a refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Why are the Master and Institutional Licensee Programs so much more?
The Master Licensee Program gives more value (access to 3 times as much of our intellectual property) and is priced accordingly. With the value added benefits of the Master Licensee Program, you could easily recoup your costs by training 10 people at $375 each or 15 for just under $250 each. That can be accomplished in just one class. For the institutional licensing packages, it offers a tremendous savings over the annual expense of an in-house corporate trainer and product development.
