Cancellations and Refunds
PLEASE NOTE: Unless a separate policy is stated for a specific class the following applies to all cancellations and refunds. Please read the course descriptions carefully, as there are a few courses that are non-refundable i.e., Motorcycle Rider courses, Horsemanship,Kayaking, etc.
If CSN cancels a class, you will automatically receive a full refund.
Please note that we make all reasonable attempts to notify students of changes or course cancellations. It is recommended that you confirm your registration by going
through the online registration at www.csn.edu the day prior to your class to confirm time, site and location.
CSN reserves the right to discontinue, postpone, cancel classes, change instructors or change class locations. We receive no public funding and are self-supporting from class fees. We apologize, but if minimum enrollment is not reached, a class may be cancelled prior to the first meeting.
Refunds are issued under the following circumstances: If you would like a refund, we must receive a written request at least five working days prior to the schedule first class meeting. If you register 5 days or less prior to the start date of class, you will not be eligible for a refund. A $10 processing fee will be deducted. Once a class has begun there will be no refunds issued. Work schedule changes, vacation plans, business, travel, childcare, etc. will not be accepted for refund requests. You may fax your refund requests to: 651-4538 or mail your requests to: CSN WED Registration Refund, 2409 Las Verdes, Las Vegas, NV 89102.
Please allow up to three weeks for your refund to be processed. Your refund will be mailed to you at the address provided by you to CSN when you’re enrolled in the course. Reminder: If you enroll yourself and/or a family member, friend (any additional person in a class, if the course is cancelled, the refund will be mailed to the name of the enrollee regardless of who paid for the registration fee unless a corporate account is established in advance of registration.
