Complete Mortgage Processing is a coaching and consulting firm that specializes in developing mortgage education and training. While most mortgage training programs are geared to client acquisition and origination, Complete Mortgage Processing focuses on helping industry professionals resolve challenges that occur between application and funding. With more than two decades of hands-on experience in the finance industry, the team at Complete Mortgage Processing teaches loan processing and origination in a way that is both easy to understand and easy to implement.
Complete Mortgage Processing was established in 1997 as contract mortgage processing company. As the number of processing clients increased, so did requests for assistance with staff training and development. The Concepts in Loan Origination program developed by Complete Mortgage Processing gave brokers an affordable, efficient resource for educating team members on loan policy and procedure. Gradually, we made a complete shift to mortgage education. Over the years, we have continued to expand our services to meet our clients’ needs. We’ve been there to lend a hand with special projects like office organization, business expansion, team building, borrower counseling, and homebuyer seminars. We will continue to develop valuable tools to ensure that we are your ultimate training resource.
After being in business for about a year, I managed to develop a good lead generation system. However, it seemed that only about 30% of the loans actually funded. I consulted with Complete Mortgage Processing to help me sort things out. It became clear that some of the deals were not feasible to begin with. After completing a customized training program developed by Complete Mortgage Processing, my staff has the ability to analyze the borrower’s profile and determine early on if we should proceed with the loan.
